PROCUREMENT INFORMATION

Harris County Emergency Services District No. 11 (the “District”) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or organizations to provide managed information technology (“IT”) services to the District.  Critical components for every qualified proposer are that they can demonstrate, generally, the following: completeness of solutions to IT issues, expertise, and experience, demonstrated customer service quality and support, previous relevant experience, proposer strength and stability, effective account management, reporting capabilities, and adequate financial considerations. The District is requesting that proposers who are interested in providing managed IT services to the District to request the full Request for Proposals for Managed IT Services from the District’s IT Manager, Matt Folsom at [email protected] or 281.524.7671. Proposers must forward complete proposals to the District’s Chief Administrative Officer, Rob Farmer, by email at [email protected] by Friday, March 11, 2022, at 5:00 pm Central.
