A graduate of the University of Houston and longtime area resident, Tommy is a successful business owner in the FM 1960 area. His dedication to this community runs deep with his 20+ year involvement with the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce. His has served as Chairman, Director and was recognized in 2008 as Volunteer of the Year. More recently, Tommy became President of the Chamber Foundation which is working to fund the Grow Northwest campaign. Tommy and his wife, Colene, are actively involved with their four children volunteering and supporting the Klein Oak High School Booster Club. Ripley says, “I’m committed to helping make sure our tax dollars are allocated properly and our community maintains the high level of care we’re accustomed to.” Tommy was elected to ESD 11 in May of 2016.
